Make Gravy

  • beef stock (2 cups)
  • garlic powder (2 tsp)
  • onion powder (1 tsp)
  • Worcestershire sauce (1 tbsp)
  • water (1/4 cup),cold water
  • corn starch (3 tbsp)
  1. In a medium sauce pan bring beef broth to boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and worcestershire sauce.
  3. In a small bowl whisk together cold water and corn starch until dissolved. Pour into boiling beef broth and reduce heat to medium-low. Stir until thickened.
  4. season with salt + Pepper
