Beef Jerky Oven

Instructions

1. trim any silver skin and fat (I dont trim fat its the best part) but it doesnt last as long.
2. Mix everything together and marinade for 1 hour
3. set oven low as possible cook for 3-4+ hours
   1. jerky should be able to hold itself up with alittle bend.
