Sauce
- soy sauce (2 tbsp)
- kosher salt (1/4 tsp)
- sambal oelek (2 tsp),or siracha sauce
- rice wine vinegar (unseasoned) (1 1/2 tsp),I use seasoned, i think it tastes better..
- dark brown sugar (1/2 tbsp),packed
- lemon juice (1 1/4 tsp)
- sesame oil (1 tsp)
- Mix all ingredients together
Tuna
- sushi grade tuna (1 pound)
- Dice Tuna into good chunks
- add sauce and mix
- cover and refrigerate for atleast 30 mins
