Ingredients

Chicken marinade

  • boneless, skinless chicken (1 pound)
  • soy sauce (1 tbsp)
  • rice wine (2 tsp)
  • corn starch (2 tsp)

mix ingredients and marinate atleast 10 mins

Sauce

  • balsamic vinegar (1 tbsp)
  • hoisin sauce (2 tsp)
  • soy sauce (1 tsp)
  • sesame oil (1 tsp)
  • corn starch (1 tsp)
  • fresh black bepper (1/2 tsp)

mix ingredients and set aside.

Cook Chicken

  • avocado oil (2 tbsp)
  • dried chilis (8),or crushed red peppers
  • garlic cloves (2),minced
  • scallions (3),chopped
  1. Heat wok for 425, a drop of water should sizzle. add 2 TB oil
  2. IF using whole red chilis add them here. cook for 20 sec
  3. add chicken and stir-fry until light brown, 3 mins?
  4. add scallions and garlic and stir-fry for 1 min
  5. Add sauce in, toss and coat the chicken, and then remove from heat.
