Ingredients
Chicken marinade
- boneless, skinless chicken (1 pound)
- soy sauce (1 tbsp)
- rice wine (2 tsp)
- corn starch (2 tsp)
mix ingredients and marinate atleast 10 mins
Sauce
- balsamic vinegar (1 tbsp)
- hoisin sauce (2 tsp)
- soy sauce (1 tsp)
- sesame oil (1 tsp)
- corn starch (1 tsp)
- fresh black bepper (1/2 tsp)
mix ingredients and set aside.
Cook Chicken
- avocado oil (2 tbsp)
- dried chilis (8),or crushed red peppers
- garlic cloves (2),minced
- scallions (3),chopped
- Heat wok for 425, a drop of water should sizzle. add 2 TB oil
- IF using whole red chilis add them here. cook for 20 sec
- add chicken and stir-fry until light brown, 3 mins?
- add scallions and garlic and stir-fry for 1 min
- Add sauce in, toss and coat the chicken, and then remove from heat.
